COOKIE POLICY
Browser storage, external content and your privacy choices.
1. What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files on your device. Similar technologies such as local storage and session storage keep information in your browser. This policy explains storage and external content used on our websites.
Identifiers and usage information may be personal data even when you do not enter information into a form. Storage and access on your device are governed by section 25 TDDDG; processing personal data additionally requires a GDPR basis.

3. Types of Cookies
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies (Essential)
Storage or access without consent is allowed only within section 25(2) TDDDG, particularly where strictly necessary for a service you expressly request, such as a cart, login or remembering your privacy choice. Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR may separately support related personal-data processing; legitimate interest alone does not replace required device-storage consent.
3.2 Analytics Cookies
Google Analytics 4 is integrated into the online shop and into our websites whose privacy settings offer the “Statistics” category, currently activated-network.com including the Fluffy game, activated-agency.com, activated-records.com, ignited-records.com, activated-labs.com, activated-academy.com, whoisnone.com, djfluffy.de and basswarandcaox.com. Analytics identifiers associate visits and interactions and are not automatically anonymous. They are set and evaluated only after your prior consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; on our websites, Google Analytics does not load without this consent. Details are in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
3.3 External media and marketing
Activating external players, particularly Spotify, connects your browser to the provider, which may use its own storage and identifiers. External content or advertising requiring consent needs the corresponding prior consent. A choice on one domain does not automatically apply to unrelated domains.

5. Managing Cookie Settings
5.1 Cookie Banner
Where a website provides a privacy or cookie dialog, use it to choose the available categories and change your selection through the offered settings. On activated-network.com, activated-records.com, ignited-records.com, activated-agency.com, activated-labs.com, activated-academy.com, whoisnone.com and djfluffy.de, reopen the choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; it is stored for 180 days and then requested again. On B&C, reopen it via “Cookie settings” in the footer; B&C stores the external-media choice in bc-v2-consent and the statistics choice for 180 days in bc-v2-statistics. Not every information page requires a dialog; this policy does not claim that every domain has the same banner or loading logic.
5.2 Browser Settings
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete them, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored.
Note: Blocking all cookies may cause certain functions of our websites to not work properly.
5.3 Withdrawing consent
Withdraw your choice through the privacy settings of the respective website. If you withdraw permission for “Statistics”, our websites delete the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier>. You can also delete cookies and browser storage in your browser. Withdrawal applies for the future. Google’s additional opt-out tool is available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; it does not replace the website’s settings.
6. Further Information
For detailed information on the processing of your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://activated-network.com/datenschutz).
If you have any questions about this cookie policy, please contact us at: k.schroetter@activated-network.com
7. OUTDO LABS
On outdo-labs.com, __Host-outdo_session is used only to securely associate your session and account. JavaScript cannot read it, it is transmitted over HTTPS only, and it expires after at most seven days; anonymous server sessions expire after one day. Signing out deletes it. Storage is necessary for the service you explicitly request (section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG); related processing relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and abuse prevention on (f). We use no analytics or advertising cookies there. When you open Google sign-in or continue to PayPal, their notices additionally apply: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies and https://www.paypal.com/de/legalhub/paypal/cookie-full.
The OUTDO LABS cookie notice explains necessary storage; it is not consent to analytics or advertising. Only when you choose “Verstanden” (Understood) does your browser save the notice version and an expiry time for 180 days under outdo-cookie-notice in local storage. This entry contains no individual user identifier and is not transmitted to us or other providers. Its sole purpose is to remember your request to dismiss the recurring notice (section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG). After expiry it is deleted on the next page visit and the notice is shown again. You can reopen the information at any time using “Cookie-Hinweis” (Cookie notice) in the footer, or delete the entry earlier in your browser settings. Dismissing it does not accept our Terms of Use or consent to optional tracking.
8. ACTIVATED Academy
On activated-academy.com, the Academy sets the academy_session cookie after sign-in. It is used only to securely associate your sign-in with your account, cannot be read by JavaScript, is transmitted only encrypted and only to activated-academy.com, and expires after eight hours; signing out deletes it. The cookie is strictly necessary for the account use you request (section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).
If you choose “Continue with Google” or “Sign in with Google”, Google Identity Services sets the g_state cookie on activated-academy.com. It stores the state of Google sign-in and expires after 180 days (section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG).
Without sign-in, your browser keeps your learning progress and drafts (activated-academy-experience-20260929-v2) and, once you change it, your motion-effects setting (activated-academy-motion) in local storage until you delete them in the browser. In session storage, the Academy remembers for the current session the last scene shown and whether the greeting has appeared (activated-academy-tower-scene, activated-academy-fluffy-greeted); these entries end when you close the tab. The Academy sets no advertising cookies. It loads Google Analytics only after your consent to “Statistics”; it stores your choice for 180 days in local storage (st-consent:academy), and table 4.2 describes the cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier>. Change or withdraw your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Section 16 of the Privacy Policy explains the processing in detail.
