Information
For consumers using our OUTDO LABS web app at outdo-labs.com, Part E of this Withdrawal Policy applies. ACTIVATED Store purchases are covered by the applicable Part A to D according to the service or product purchased. The common model withdrawal form may also be used for OUTDO LABS.
PART A: Cancellation Policy for Physical Goods
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. For several goods ordered together and delivered separately, receipt of the last item is decisive; for goods delivered in several lots or pieces, receipt of the last lot or piece is decisive.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
PART B: Cancellation Policy for Digital Content
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To withdraw, inform ACTIVATED Network – Schrötter & Puschmann GbR, Starenweg 1, 89537 Giengen an der Brenz, Germany, email info@activated-store.com, by a clear declaration. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient. Following a valid withdrawal, payments are reimbursed without undue delay and within fourteen days using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees. No compensation for supplied digital content is payable following a valid withdrawal (section 357a(3) BGB).
Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
For a paid contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early only once performance has begun after your express consent to starting before the withdrawal period ends, your acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and our provision of the confirmation required by section 312f BGB on a durable medium (section 356(6) BGB).
Merely clicking an ordinary download link does not replace separate express consent and acknowledgement.
PART C: Cancellation Policy for Mixing and Mastering
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
For paid services, the right of withdrawal expires early only upon complete performance if, before performance began, you expressly consented to performance within the withdrawal period and acknowledged that the right would be lost upon complete performance. For off-premises contracts, the consent must be provided on a durable medium (section 356(5) BGB).
To meet the deadline, send a clear declaration in time to the postal or email address above. Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse payments without undue delay and within fourteen days using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees. If you expressly requested that services start during the withdrawal period, proportionate payment for services already performed is due only where the statutory conditions in section 357a BGB are satisfied.
PART D: Withdrawal for Ghost Productions
Individually commissioned digital music
Individually commissioned music production is not subject to a blanket exclusion of withdrawal. The rules for services apply to service obligations, and the rules for digital content apply to supplied digital content. The exception for tangible goods made to a consumer’s specifications does not apply to a purely digital music production merely because it is personalised.
The withdrawal period is generally fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. Use the contact methods above to declare withdrawal and meet the deadline. Early expiry and reimbursement are governed by Part B or Part C according to the contractual performance.
PART E: OUTDO LABS withdrawal information
For consumers at outdo-labs.com: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. This applies to wallet top-ups and digital generation orders paid from the wallet.
To exercise this right, inform ACTIVATED Network – Schrötter & Puschmann GbR, Starenweg 1, 89537 Giengen an der Brenz, Germany, email info@activated-network.com, phone +49 (0) 7322 9113307, by a clear statement of your decision. You may use the model form below, but this is not required. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.
Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse the relevant payments without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No reimbursement fees apply. Completed digital generations are not excluded merely because they were personalised. OUTDO LABS currently does not request an acknowledgement of an early loss of the withdrawal right. Consent to starting immediately alone therefore does not extinguish it. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
